Directions/Instructions Recommended for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold.
Use at 1 - 2 oz. per 10 gallons (30 - 60 mL/38 liters) of water.
